The UK Rei-Vera is probably the original, and was likely released at the same time as the French release. This is the best-sounding pressing of the album that I've heard.
I would like to know if anybody out there knows which label Love and Kisses "I've found love" & "Accidental Lover" came on first? is it Rei-Verd (France) or Barclay (Canada) I know casablanca came last.
Here's a couple others?
Chic - Dance Dance Dance - Buddah or Atlantic
Anita Ward - Ring My Bell - TK Disco or Juana

I never knew Chic were on Buddah originally. I always thought they were Atlantic through & through. :-?
...ya gotta beat the street......
You can still find the Buddah 12" of Chic's "Dance, Dance, Dance" fairly easily. I thought I had added my copy to the database in the Vault, but I haven't yet. Soon.

Since I'm home now I just added the Chic - Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah) 12 inch single on Buddah Records.

Just to add to my original post... the Canadian Love and Kisses on Barclay still has the Rei-vera logo on it, which gives a big clue as to who had the album originally.
The US copies are on Casablanca, have a red border not found on any other version that I know of, and also omit the intro dialogue on "Accidental Lover".

Juana is a sublabel of TK. Around that time, all the TK sublabels were released in the 12" format under the mother label TK. Almost all the Juana 12"s that I know are later pressing .....
Thanks for clearing that one up or me G.
