First Choice words

I heard on a live mix from John Robinson two songs I need to get on vinyls. The mix is from 1-18-94.

The first song is from First Choice - Let No Man Put Asunder however it was mixed in with this instrumental house song which sound like it was from around 93. It had a perc organ sound in it. Very deep. Was this an actually rmx of First Choice or was it just mixed in for this mix?

The second song I need ID is a 80's song. The songs starts out with: "words in papers. words in books. words on tv...words to tell u what to do. words are working hard for you. eat your words but don't go hungry...words on newon's...word's are stupid, words are fun..." female voice. Thanks
