Early/mid-80´s song

I need title and singer´s name on a song from the 80´s.
Not a disco song, but 80´s pop/rock.

I guess it´s from the early 80´s or mid-80´s.

It´s sung by a female, and I´ll try to write down some of the chorus:

"Love hit me right between the eyes, out of the blue.....
(and then something I don´t remember)
"Now tell me what we´re gonna do - he´s got me and she´s got you"
She also sings something like."I wasn´t ready, ready for anyone new"
And she sings "Love hit me" several times in the song.

Does anybody here know this song?? :-?

Maxine Nighting gale had a record called Love Hit Me but that was from 77,
it may a Sam Fox track as well at a long shot. she had a record called Love House in the 80's
