I think the duo Dominic Sciscente & Michel Daigle produced two disco albuns: Disco From Another Galay by Space Project (1977) and Doin' It ! by Alma Faye (1979).
Some (silly) comments:
Disco From Another Galaxy by Space Project : a 100% instrumental space disco album with strings & horns arrangements, wah-wah guitar and synthesizer effects. Four tracks: "Conquest of the Stars" (the horns look like the horns of "Theme From Star Wars"), "Beyond Orion" (the strings look like the strings of Cerrone's "Give Me Love/Love is Here/Love is the Answer"), "Mission to Lyra" and "Lady Capella" (the piano's solo looks like Richard Claydman playing his piano).
Doint' It ! by Alma Faye: an excellent disco album. All the side A is wonderful ("Don't Fall in Love"/"Gimme Your Love"/"Here's To LIfe"). "It's Over" looks like "Victim" by Candi Staton.

"Disco From Another Galaxy" was titled "Conquest Of The Stars" in Canada, and released on transparent gold vinyl for more thrills. :)
Daigle/Sciscente also did at least two albums under the "Black Light Orchestra" moniker, as well as at least one disco album for Quebecois crooner Patrick Norman.
They worked together on many canadian acts of the second half of the 70s: Elaine Overholt, Patrick Norman & the Black Light Orchestra, Martin Stevens, Gerry Bribosia.
Sciscente produced the classic "Super Elton" by Paul Vincent
Daigle produced two great disco tracks ("Midnight music" by Marin Stevens and "Them changes" by Perpall). Furthermore he was later responsible for producing the group Voggue
Yes, Graham, I have the 'gold record limited edition number 5245' (RCA) :D. I also found the 'limited blue edition' (RCA) with "Conquest Of The Stars" only, 45 RPM, side A: 8:06, side B: 3:48. A lucky strike !
Thanks for the Black Light Orchestra & Patrick Norman info. My Dominic Sciscente & Michel Daigle's thread was incomplete!
