Michael's been a 'freak' for a long time, never stopped me before. But, being freakish and being labeled a pedophile are miles apart. I'd have to wait and see what happens. Either way, a sad state of affairs for a troubled musical genius.
do u still play Michael Jackson tracks even though he is a freak and what happened today on the news or are u embarrased.

I still play the MJ that I have always liked.
Very Very sad that a man of such incredible talents has descended to such depths. However, all of those around him, including the record companies, who have been whoring themselves for the money they can get out of him are almost as responsible as he is for helping cover up his sick, criminal behavior so that they could continue to cash those pay checks.
Any parent that allows their child to attend "sleepovers" at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is just as culpable as Jackson and should be prosecuted also. How dumb do you have to be? Don't say you haven't known this **** for 10 or more years. Puh-leeeeeze.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Markeydefad you are so right.
All whoring themselves for what they can get out of MJ.
Hi Mixtape,
your question is excelent. I believe MICHAEL JACKSON's criminal behavior will cast a shadow over his entire career. Lots of people I know tend to separate his career with the J5 and his solo career, just to save some good memories and to listen to J5 songs without feelin' guilty about it.
It is a shame that a guy like this can do WHATEVER he wants without being prosecuted, but I think there will be no escape for him now. For a MOTOWN fan like me, this whole episode is embarassing and sad, but if he really commited a crime, he oughta pay for it. Maybe a time behind bars will bring Jacko back to reality...
MARKY is absolutely right, how can a father or a mother allow his kid to hang around with Jacko? And all those people of his entourage, his celebrity friends and his family, nobody could have told him that he was doin' wrong?
I can understand the feelings of everyone who prefers not to play JACKO's records these days, I'm feeling just the same.
Let's see what happens. I believe this will be another midia circus like the OJ SIMPSON trial, oh GOD...
Peace,
zeca azevedo, who's really bad???
I still play his records (pre Off The Wall) and NO I have nothing to be embarrased of. Micheal will never been the MEGA pop star that he was in the 80's, his career is fucked up for eternity. Cheating and lying on your taxes is one thing but DAMN child molestation :o is disgusting!! Once he was charged the first time with this crime, that was a wake-up call to prohibit any children from sleeping over at the Neverland ranch - they can come over during the day WITH THEIR PARENTS and by sundown , get the hell out!. I guess the skin bleaching impaired his judgment because he didn't see the pirates digging for his gold.
*DELIGHTFUL*
Well I've only just heard this morning on NineMSN that Whacko Jacko has got paedophile charges pending against him and I can easily say I'm extremely disappointed in him. Though as I don't know the full facts of the cases I don't know how much truth there is in these convictions. I have read about the case 10 years back and many people believe he was innocent and I tried to believe he was innocent though I'm really suss about the enormous out of court settlement payout which makes me wonder if he was doing it to protect his reputation? I don't know whether to believe he is innocent or guilty yet as I don't know the hard facts but once Whacko Jacko gets convicted in court with hard evidence and gets thrown into the cooler then I'll believe he's guilty. Still I've got a really bad feeling he is guilty.
To be honest I will still play his material from the 60s up to 1982 but anything after the 1990s no. Basically his mid/late 80s "I'm bad", "I'm commercial", "I'm a sellout" image doesn't really do much for me so I don't really listen to his post-1982 stuff.
I remember someone here said a year or two back that Michael Jackson died 10 years ago, well that's how I feel about him. Eversince he turned white and got that hideous nosejob done and girlish look, he has totally changed into something bad.
Anyhow I'm pissed off with his behaviour in the last 10 years and don't really believe he is Michael anymore. He's just getting worse and worse. God knows what's gonna become of him when he hits 70.
Australia mate! The land of many great funkateers!
Beein a great fan of MJ, It really hurts when I see him today.
But, basically, any children that sleep in Neverland, and there are many, could charge him. Last time, the kid (parents) gathered millions of dollars.
Is this really impossible that this time nothing happened (again?)?. And what other solution for Michael that to pay and avoid a trial.
Besides this fact, Billi Jean still has the greatest bass-line ever, and Off the Wall and Thriller are still two of my all-time favourite LPs.
I'm far from beein heartless, but IMHO music has nothing to do with news.
I\'m a Victim ( of th very Song I sing )
after all he only slept with a couple of little white boys or black kids just remember its MICHAEL JACKSON (you have t
o say michael jackson really fast or it doesnt sound funny )ps only joking but please even if hes convicted im still guna drop his tracks only the classics he is the master
"I like to share my bed with the boys around here,
Don't wanna see your mom, she better disappear.
The pants are coming off and the bed is drawing near,

OOH!

This picture is terrible.
He must have been traumatized to do that to himself.
He doesn't inspire hate but pity.
I\'m a Victim ( of th very Song I sing )
Now what!
with everything happening 10 years ago, they should have done something about it then.
I realize we all **** up... but gees, this is unforgivable to be swept under the table. They might make an example out of him this time... Even if you are a pop star, you are not above the law.
Regardless of the outcome, doesn't mean I'm gonna hate his songs, or not play them anymore. I don't play many of them to begin with... :P
stay tuned.... maybe i'll change my mind.
Even though I found the 'Beat It' pastiche amusing, I do feel sorry for Jackson. He is in a position that will always make him fair game, even if he hasn't been guilty of what he's being accused of.
It's not natural for a man of his age to have children sharing his bedroom, however enchanted they may be with him. And while his admissions along this line were honorable for honesty's sake, alarm bells should have rung in every parents' head. Why did these people (potentially) put their own children at risk?
In the UK, a 90-minute special about tracking Jackson down (yet failling and interviewing his crook of a father and Yuri Geller instead) was shown on Sunday. Another new documentary was pulled from the TV schedule of Tuesday, when the news broke. Jackson has a new LP out and these allegations have been made 'right on time'.
If Jackson has been molesting kids, he will - and rightly so - be in serious trouble. But as an entertainer and an artist, he's a real one-of-a-kind and I sincerely hope his alleged misdemeanours are the concoctions of vindictive, greedy parents, rather than the actions of MJ himself.
Hell, even if he is guilty, that can't take away the musical pleasure he's given over the years. And I certainly won't disown any Micheal Jackson records.
Nothin' wrong with beatin' it as long as the kid your beatin' it with is AT LEAST 18!!!!!!!!!!!
Ya know, the first time around I found these accusations sorta titillating and amusing. It confirmed my suspicions that something was very wrong in The House That Jackson Built.
This time I just feel overwhelmingly sad. Ten years later-- Jackson has had the temerity to produce or rather procure 3 children of his own (ya sure).....now what kind of FU**ED UP lives do those poor kids have to look forward to?
I'm hoping that Jackson is proved "NOT GUILTY" for the sake of those 3 kids. Maybe now Jacko will realize why it's a bad idea to advertise on worldwide TV that you invite other people's kids to sleep in your 45 year old man's bed. Seemingly, no one in Jacko's camp dared tell the Emperor why he appeared to be a PEDOPHILE in the past. Maybe now he'll understand why his actions contributed to his persecution. Yeah sure.
As far as the music, I'll always continue to love the stuff he did before he self-destructed. He seems to have lost his muse ...and is now in recycle mode. Ah well, that happens to everyone.....but his achievements would still assure him a place in the pantheon of pop stars. If only, he could grow up and realize the idiocy of his ways. He cultivated this "I'm bizarre" image...he thought it was cool. Now it's bit him in the ass BIGTIME.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
IMHO, I'm not sure IF he's innocent or guilty. When he was charged the first time and subjected to strip searches etc... I would've exposed those parents for the crooks/pirates that they are. If I were him claiming that I'm innocent, every thing those parents did from the time they were born would be on the front pages of every paper nationwide (pictures, addresses & all)! Why? because there is no way in HELL some pervert who snatched away my son's innocence by molesting him and my only concern would be "show me the money"!?!? Not only would I sue the mask off of MJ, he would be in San Quentin or Folsom prison for violating my child! IF he was innocent he should have went for the jugular especially with Johnny Cochran by his side. I wouldn't give them **** and I wouldn't agree to any strip searches either! Unfortunatley his lifestyle (kids sleeping in his bed etc....) has made him a turn-off to society thus leaving his side of the story suspicious and unworthy.
*DISCO DELIGHT*
I felt and feel the same as Marky, and I think it's because by 1993 I was so tired and angry with Jacko's pose that I was almost glad that this "I'm the king" TV-children model at last showed some flaws for anyone.Originally Written by markydefad
But now, after Invincible's failure and Jacko's recognition of his downing career, we feel a bit sorry for him. It was the perfect time for a comeback, and he felt that (doing another calculated move with that "One more chance" title). But no, he had to waste this one as well...
From what we read on the news (not necessarily the truth) it seems that pedophiles can't repress themselves. It was obvious that this would happen again, but no one of us wanted it to happen, and so we acted as if it had not happened in the past. I mean everybody: his entourage, Sony, the media... and also we as listeners. We built the monster and now we are destroying it.
About his music, like Funky Dude I grow tired of his albums since Thriller, in a big part because of the overexposition of his music everywhere. "Off the wall", that I can still listen. I repeat, not because of the music quality, but of the ways that music was distributed and displayed.
I'll try and avoid the rush to judgement but as man, I as well as many of my friends suspected something 20 years ago. He's got so many women and girls liking him but you never heard or saw him oh, I don't know...whoring it, for lack of a better term.
Since his thing is little boys, I don't know a place in the world where his pedophilia is legal. As for the parents of this latest boy, I heard Michael bought them among other things a house. Now, I'm not letting Michael off the hook here if he's guilty but it seems like parents were exploiting this kid. I just can't imagine any parent allowing there kid to sleep in a bed with a grown man with a cloud suspicions about his behavior. In fact, even without the qualifier, why would you allow your son to sleep over with a 45 year old man. A closely monitored visit is one thing. This is a totally different ballgame.
Find them and destroy them!
Absolutely Paul. As I said earlier, the kid's parents should be held accoutable in the endangering of their children arena. Their consent to allow these "sleepovers" is tantamount to child endangerment, as far as I'm concerned. Don't say they had no idea. They knew.
Prosecute the parents too.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Bet your ass they knew!
They were whoring off Jacko and using their kid as colateral.
They should take up residence in the cell next to Jacko's!
And what about all of the other people who covered up for him; the handlers, housestaff, bodyguards, agents, promoters, record companies. They've made hundreds of millions of dollars off Whacko Jacko and always closed ranks around him in order to keep the golden goose laying. They are all culpable to some degree and should pay!

I wonder if the U.S. fellas here can clarify this thing I read in yesterday's Studio Briefing of the Internet Movie Database site:
Dimond on Jackson's Tail Again
Only days after saying that the FBI had informed her that private detective Anthony Pellicano had illegally tapped her telephones in 1993 after she began reporting on allegations that Michael Jackson had sexually molested a teenage boy, reporter Diane Dimond was being credited with breaking the story about the pop star's latest legal battle involving child molestation. Dimond, who reported on the original allegations for the tabloid TV show Hard Copy, but who now is a freelance substitute anchor for Court TV, told today's (Thursday) Hollywood Reporter that after receiving a tip, she persuaded Court TV Chairman Henry Schleiff to let her fly to Santa Barbara and hire a camera crew -- without telling him what the story was about. "I told them ... 'You just have to trust me,'" she said.
------------------------------------------------------------
Is this correct? Is she credible? Could Jacko's lawyers pull some kind of "harassment" suit against Ms. Dimond?
How come all this thing came public? The international news started to talk only after the cops entered Neverland, and didn't clarify how all this new accusation started.
