Do you know what these songs are?

1. 1st an easy one, I'm pretty sure that this is called "You've got to know" and that is the only line I know in the song. It's a man singing. I think it's pretty famous.

Who's it by?

2. The 2nd has pretty weird lyrics. It goes:

"step up one more round
baby hit me now one more time
starting to enjoy it"

and repeats this a few times.
