I recently bought "Disco Gold Vol. 2" on CD from Amazon (thanks for that link in Marky's "tapes" thread). It's a terrific CD. My favorite tracks on it are "Chinese Kung Fu", "Breakaway" and especially "Undecided Love" (Checquers). Also good are "Waterbed", "(Baby) Save Me" and "Call Me Your Anything Man". This album was on the charts around the time I was born (September 1975), so I was born during this particular period of disco.
I also got this cd as a result of that thread, My 7" copys of 'Chinese Kung Fu', 'Undecided love' and 'Anything man' had been lost long ago after loaning them , surpriced with the transfer quality, very good for recordings this old, this week I also found Vol 1 of the 'Big twelve inches' series "Grooving you" with the extended version of "Mainline" among many other hits, I'm trying to find the other two cd's in that series.
