is there a dub version out there that is easy to get a hold of?i keep finding "calling all boys" on the flip.i don't really care for the vocals.it's a little on the cheesy side like stacy q "two of hearts".

I have a copy of the original .... I also bought another 12" Passion... but it's a totally different mix clocking in at 8:45 on Unidisc 1086 released in '82.

I pulled out my copies of "Passion" by The Flirts and I agree it's the Unidisc version you probably want. It's a remix by someone named George Cuzzacella (???--I may have mangled his last name) --and it's 8:45 in length. However, there is a long instrumental version before the vocal kicks in--but the vocal is on both sides of the 12". I thought one side was all instrumental--but I played side B and it was the same as side A. But it's probably what you've heard as the "dub" version.

The version of "Passion" with "Calling All Boys" on the flip side was on "O" Records.

Thank you Markey for the info.The Unidisc should be easy enough to find.The bassline sounds as if you are really still in a club in the 80s.If played loud enough.
