The original Just Can't Give You Up was by Mystic Merlin in the early '80s. Deep Sensation sampled it a few years back.

I would agree with Forrce and say it was the Life On Earth track. When I listened to the sound clip it screams Joey Negro which fits in with the record being released on
Republic.
