    I'll bass you???

    This is an old, very chicago house sounding track. It's got an incredible steady bassline, and during the break, the beat stop, and there is the quick sound of a record scratching, and a male voice says "I'll bass you", and then the beat returns. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
