I'm a little confused? Are you looking for a French version of "Life is Music" by The Ritchie Family or a song with a similar title in French? If it's the latter, the only thing I can think of is Cerrone, "Je Suis Music".

There is indeed a French-language version of "Life Is Music", produced by Jacques Morali and using the same backing tracks as the Ritchie Family version. It's called "Disco Music (C'est La Musique)" and is credited to Olivier.
My copy is a 7" single from Québec, although I assume it was released in France as well. It has the short (3:02) mix on the A-side and a longer, mostly-instrumental mix on the B-side (4:12). I don't know if a 12" exists of this.
