'Life On Mars', 'Theme From The Planets' and 'Latin Love (Let Me Know)' are the ones I've played the most.
What a great player..his arrangements were incredible.. and his synth sounds..when most keys players were making moogy honking sounds...he made layers and atmospheres or just tight funky riffs always tasteful...way ahead of his time..
"the sweetest pain" is pure class..."life on mars" etc.. but he appears on so many records (particular favourite "if i knew then what i know now" people's choice and with jean carn)
anyone want to mention any favourite tracks or any more obscure material that i probably won't know?

What would you do without your muesli...where would you be without a bowl?
I'll Never Forget (My Favourite Disco) 12" 1979 is one of my favourites by him.
Different eyes see different things. Different hearts beat on different strings. But there are times for you and me when all such things agree...Rush
You may also want to try out `Manhattan skyline` and
`Mysteries of the world` . Although performed by MFSB the songwriting abilities of Mr. Wansel shine through and they almost sound like solo recordings, no wonder since he played keys, arranged and produced the album (Mysteries of the world).
Also check the `What the world is coming to` album from 1977.
