Heard this one again recently. Most likely an 80's tune. It's quite Italo disco sounding but I figured I'd ask here before checking on the italo forum because it seems the more knowledgable people check here more often. I can't remeber the lyrics to the whole song, however there is a break where there is a familiar spoken female voice saying:
