Looking 4 about 5 years!!! Party Party, DanceDance

Hi,
This is a hard one, it's a female maybe late 70's or early 80's. It goes something like " Party party dance dance" and then just a hum something like "ta na na na na na na na na na party, ta na na na na na na na na Dance.
My mind is blank right now if I think of more I'll come back.

Please! If anyone has even the slight clue let me know.
