Need help IDing a title and/or artist....

for an instrumental that sounds sort of like The Hustle. The only lyrics are near the end of the song, are sung by female back-ups and go "let's get it on....it's time to get down." This is repeated a few times. Desparate! Keep waking up in the middle of the night with the tune going thru my head. Happy to give my phone number to anyone who can help & I'll hum the tune!!!!!
