Names of Disco's/Clubs

Hi there!! What were the names of disco's/clubs in the Golden era (70',80's) ? In Melbourne ,Australia ,we had quite a few, they were: Chevron ,Chasers ,The Metro, Fame ,Boulevard ,Broadway, Impressions,Inflation,
Sub Club, Mickey's ,Bojangles,21st Century Dance Club, Stages, The Palace,The Underground, The Paladin,
Hot Gossip, Bombay,Crush Club, 75th Squadron,Tok H,
Zu Zu's, Billbords,Casablanca's,& Hippodrome.
I'm sure there were a few more but they can't come to mind ,if you can help me with some of the club names that would be great.I'm intrigued.

Some famous german clubs in the 70's/80's
Berlin: 70's: Metropol, 80's: Dschungel, ChaCha
Frankfurt: 70's: Dorian Gray, 80's: Funkadelic, Plastik
Munich: 70's: Henderson, Why not, 80's: P1, Parkcafe
Hamburg: 70's: Trinity, 80's: Front
Cologne: 80's: Morocco, Alter Wartesaal, Columbo, Nijinski, Neuschwanstein, Yokoto
Ruhr area: 80's: Eastside, Modell, Cafe du Congo, Librium, Selection
Duesseldorf: 80's: Checker's, Relaxx, Sam's, Ratinger Hof
Still existing: Checker's, Sam's, Parkcafe, P1(but not in the 80's location)
The hardest doormen were at: P1, Sam's, Nijinski (Celebrity Clubs)

In Brazil the disco clubs also spread in the late 70's and we have party everywhere. An interesting name was...

Papagaio Disco Club (=Parrot Disco Club)

One of New Orleans' more posh discos in the late '70s was The Rainforest, which sat atop the Riverside Hilton Hotel (30 floors up from the ground) on the bank of the Mississippi River. What a great site to dance to "Disco Inferno" :icon_exclaim:
