Anybody knows??

Anybody knows the artist to song with lyrics that go like this:
1) "No one told me what to say or do, I'm so in love with you. ooh, ooh, ooh." - It was very upbeat. Came out in the 90's (I believe). Vocals were male.

2) "Just a little techo, techno, techno." - Same as above.

3) "Ooooh, Puerto RRRRico" - At the end, if memory serves me, a couple sound like they're about to start a argument on the plane before it's about to land. Came out sometime in the mid-late 70's.

Any ideas pls let me know . . . Thanx 1&all.

Number 3 may be 'Puerto Rico' by Decoupage, on R&B from the early '80s.
