Alphonse Mouzon's Electric Band

Does anybody have information about this band?

I downloaded by coincidence a song called "Everybody get down", and it's simply a killer track, one of the best I ever listened. I had never heard the Alphonse Mouzon's name before and it seems it doesn't appear on the Disco Record Vault.

Maybe it's a quite recent stuff that sounds disco.

In short, help me if you have any information ... or LP's :)

Very interesting but doesn't say much about Alphonze's disco output, but should we be surprised when most artists' biogs overlook their disco years; annoying isn't it? :evil:
Com King, I'm aware of only one LP by Mouzon's Electric Band called 'Baby Come Back' from '79, the same year as Poussez's hit LP. It contains the track u mentioned 'Everybody Get Down' & is good in parts but strange & rock-flavoured in other parts; their cover versions of the Beatles' 'All My Lovin' & 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand' being particularly odd. :-? I found a german copy of the LP on Metronome records & the LP was actually recorded in Stuttgart, Germany! One of the board regulars, I think it's Sirius, has mentioned this group before & I'm sure he has info too.
