There's a very recent remix of P.Y.T. The words don't mach though, it sounds more like the intro of Don't Stop Till You Get enough.

Its kinda disco house with a funky loop. Some of the DJ Sets of Phats & Small.

Hi - the track you're looking for is "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" (Small Phat One Radio Remix) by Michael Jackson. Essentially, same title and artist, just a remix by Phats & Small - explains why you were hearing it in their DJ sets. You posted this in 2003, so it may be too late to help by now!

Not many posts of it on YouTube, but it received enough rotation on the Seoul club scene around 2007~2009 that it got into my head. It was probably one particular DJ spinning it repeatedly, I guess, perhaps on the gay scene.
