Yeah...here I go again. I just read Salma story in the NY Daily News. Salma speaking here in an interview.

"My mom's always asking me: 'When will you finally get married?'" she tells the Austrian magazine, Woman. "And I always say: 'When I find a man who has more b-- than me.'"

Guess what? Salma was on Oprah today. She came off as intelligent, articulate (love that accent :) ), a beautiful woman who seems to know what she wants and how she's going to get it. Comments: When I first came to this country I was told there was "No work for Latina women on screen. What do you want to be, the maid? You'll never get anywhere with that accent." I told them Arnold Schwarzenegger has an accent, he did pretty well.

Lady's got brains, Paul, and I'll give it to you --- she is foxy. Maybe she was asleep when she did that interview we just read. :D

Oprah's other guest was Beyonce Knowles. Although I don't run out and buy her's or Destiny's Child CD's, got to say she presented herself well to be 22-years old. And talk about beautiful? I had no idea, even seeing her everywhere and anywhere, that she was that pretty. Didn't seem like it went to her head and luckily Mom is still around to keep her grounded. When she and the ladies were doing that 'bootylicious' thang, I flashed back to an Ike & Tina Turner Review. The more things change...

I read Salma's interview and she threw me off too. I agree 100% that most men are weak and overly macho however, a guy that is tooooo femme isn't the answer unless she is bi-sexual. Yet she states that she wants a man who has more balls than her :-? ? Some men can be compassionate, understanding and caring without being feminine. So I think its best for her to re-evaluate the qualities that she seeks in a man - as well as herself. One thing I know for sure, judging from that interview, Ed Norton will not be part of her future!

There's always been speculation that Salma's been playing on my team, at least part-time. The rumor is that she and actress Susanna Eng were/are closerthanthis.

There have always been whispers about La Salma. The "romance" with the Brit actor who appeared with her in the cable TV version of "Hunchback" seemed fabricated, and I always found the Ed Norton thing beardish....or merkinish....or both.

I do agree about the Ed Norton thing. It seemed like what's wrong with this picture. I'll admit though, I used to feel the same about Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston. :o

Salma has said though that she doesn't want a girlie man. Perhaps in her circle that's all she sees. Now Salma, feel free to venture outside that entertainment crowd. You'll find I'm the man you're looking for :) 8)

I understand you're having a little man trouble. Well. The problem also lies with girlies like you...You don't know what you want, so how the hell is a guy supposed to. This old "...feminine side" **** really pisses Buckaroo off. If you're kind to a girl, she thinks you're weak. There are too many woman around who have mental shopping lists: "He has to be soft and strong at the same time." :-?
