    Freddy Vs. Jason

I was this movie last Saturday, and it was great. It's the best movie I've seen so far this year. I have not been this excited about a movie in years. After all the "Nightmare On Elm St." and "Friday The 13th" movies, it was inevitable that the two biggest horror icons of all time would meet. And both Freddy Kreuger and Jason Voorhees are at the top of their games, even when they turn against each other. There's no shortage of bloodshed in this movie. If you're a fan of both series, then this is your movie. It's my vote for movie of the year, and the year's not even over yet.

It hasn't opened over here yet, and I actually doubt it ever will. It will probably go straight to the video store.
Hopefully it will be better than Jason X....that was definetely the worst movie i've seen in quite a while.
    There was life after disco!!

The reviews were luke warm averaging a C without giving it away outsider.. were special effects in top form? or was the storyline good? what was the best thing about this film? I might go see. Enlighten me :D

Yeah, the movie slashed its way to the top as expected. You can't keep a good killer down, let alone two. The critics may not have liked it, but who cares what they think? I don't pay attention to them.

I would say the special effects are in top form. And like I said earlier, there is plenty of bloodshed, so you won't be disappointed with that. As for the best thing about the film? It's seeing the two greatest horror icons in the same movie. That was meant to happen. I don't want to give too much of the movie away, but I will say that if you only see one movie this year, this is the movie to see.

You know what they say - if the critics don't like it then you should go see it. I may check it out this weekend along with S.W.A.T or Terminator 3. Ten years ago, there was talk about a "Predator vs Alien" movie since directors have run out of ideas for interesting flicks. It almost reminds me of "Godilla vs King Kong" or "Frankenstein vs The Wolfman".
