To my eternal shame, I have it on a Unidisc 12 somewhere. If I find it, I'll let you know the length.
This song was a major radio hit in '81, but was it a big hit in the clubs?
Was there a 12" extended version?

What would you do without your muesli...where would you be without a bowl?
I liked it as a pop song, but can't think I would have played it as a dancer. It was neither fish nor fowl.
It was NOT extended to the best of my knowledge; the LP track was as long as it got (3:48 ); could have been a great candidate for a remixed extended version. It's certainly danceable.
Great RECORD...NOT played in clubs in SF...although I think it was on the Billboard dance charts...though not very high--probably played as a ROCK song in ROCK clubs.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
...
We played the original version in the clubs, too. Most of us had at least two copies because it was so damn short. I have it on Unidisc also and just like Forrrce, I can't find it. Pretty sure it wasn't extended in any way.
Checked the stats for "Bette Davis Eyes"...
#1 Pop for 9 weeks starting mid-April 1981.
Entered the Billboard Disco/Dance chart mid-May 1981--stayed for 10 weeks peaking at #26 for 2 weeks.
It was the 7 inch version that charted.

Okay, fellas! Yer in my ballpark now!
There was a 12" single on Bette Davis Eyes. I believe it was a release from Holland, but the mix was the same as the 45 rpm. Same length.
Of course, by now I'm sure most of you are aware that there were 2 separate 12" versions released in the last several years. One being, I believe, the OPM Poppy Mix. A couple of years later there were other remixes released, but I've not heard them.
I had the chance to see Kim live and got to meet her afterward. I took along my 12" remixes for her to sign. She told me that she makes VERY LITTLE from these sort of things. I suppose EMI owns the masters, and can use them at any time in any form.
Just thought I'd pass that along.
