Help identifying disco tune..."She's A Lady"...?

Hi there. I'm a newcomer to this forum, and am hoping someone can help me identify a particular disco song. After cleaning out a closet, I discovered an old mix tape I made from maybe 15 years ago. There was one tune on it that I particularly enjoyed and would like to try and find on CD, but have no idea who the artist is or the actual title of the song. I'm guessing the title is "She's A Lady" or something similar to that. Below are some of the lyrics. If anyone can help me identify the song, I'd be most grateful.

I'm not to sure but isn't that "She's a lady" by Tom Jones?
I do remember he came out with some dance in the eighties, and I think that was one he re-did. :roll:

I'm pretty sure it's not the same song as Tom Jones' "She's A Lady." The song sounds like its from the late 1970's or so...to me, it brings to mind the sound of Kool & The Gang, or some similar artist.
