Was Paco's accent genuine or was it an act? Did he really speak with the heavy Puerto Rican accent off the air?
There was a deejay on WPIX in 1972 named Barney Pipp and his voice was an act. He used his real voice in Chicago at WCFL.

Comment: This guy was one of the most colorful/different deejays to hit NY in years. It was just interesting to listen to his accent. I know the ladies liked his Latin sexiness.
It was good that he was on WKTU.
If I recall correctly it was Pacito Navaro. Pretty sure I'm spelling Pacito wrong as I think it may be with a "q."
