Please help with "YOU'RE THE ONE" tune

I had just tuned in to a local hispanic station here during their "disco hour" and heard 3 minutes of an ending of a disco tune that I never heard before...

It sounds like female vocal group (3 degrees or Ritchie Family) and has a eurodisco symphonic sound- definetely mid to late 70's..

    the ending goes like this:
"Your'e the One" "Night and Day" (repeat several times)
"I think of you, Night and Day"...

Please help with name and title. thanks!

Just when you thought it was all over - no, no, no

Is this the Cole Porter "Night & Day"???

"Night and day, you are the one
Only you beneath the moon and under the sun
Whether near to me or far
It's no matter darling, where you are
    I think of you
    Night and day."

So who did the disco "Night & Day"???

Was it one of those outfits like Tuxedo Junction or Wing & a Prayer or Salsoul Orchestra or ?????
    "Lost inside adorable illusion...."

John Davis and his Monster Orchestra did a version of "Night & Day".

Possibly "Every Night, Every Day" by Tangerué. It's from 1979 and has a faux-latin eurodisco feel to it.

Thank you Markdefad, NickNack, and Graham Start for responding.

I haven't yet to find any of the tracks mentioned. However, I have a feeling it might be the John Davis Monster Orchestra..

    Thanks Again!

The lyrics to the last few verses of Tangerué's version are as follows: (pulls out MD player and transcribes...)

You're the one, you're the only one I adore
You're the one, you're the one I've been searching for
You're the one, there's no one who can take your place
I love you through all.... night and day

Every day, I wonder where you are
Every day, hoping you're near, not far
Every day, when the sun's rising in the sky
    The time is passing by
Both for me and for you

    Every night, every day
    (repeat until fadeout)

That's the final part, which is what follows a faux-latin instrumental percussion part in the middle (the track is about 10 minutes long in total). It sounds very Euro, but it's actually an American production.
