    It's not any of those two but hey thanks for the Gene chandler track !!

    It's a famous sample used by early dj's back in the days of early hip hop.... the sample

    'come on come on and get down ' then scratch the same bit over and over sorry I'm rubbish at explaining it .. I think it was on one of those essential breakbeat albums from late eighties ( lost it over the years ) Sure it featured on double dee and steinski mix which I have on vinyl , if thats any help

    Maybe "Get down" from Raydio's first LP. I doubt this is the song you're looking for, but it's a great track nonetheless.
