Downloading "stock" photos of LP covers

Hi there. This is my first post on here, so please be gentle.

Does anyone know any website link details of sites that allow you to download stock photos of LP covers?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't know of websites designed specifically for that purpose but I guess you may be able to find pictures of some pictures of album covers on websites that sell vinyl albums....I've seen them there. But I don't know if I'm allowed to list the names of such websites here. You may also try the websites of the artists whose albums you're interested in and look in the "discography" section.

I use google...type the name of the LP in and select images...you'll get a lot of images and can choose the best one...then drag and drop to your desktop.

by the way, I'm taking a wild guess here, but are you interested in pics of album covers so you can create your own CDs with jewel cases?

Yes there is that aspect, but I just love the artwork on LP covers and would like to reproduce them for my own visual pleasure. I collect vinyl partly because of the sleeve artwork.

I can hardly believe you said that! So do I and of course I thought I was the only one. What I have in mind is eventually making a kind of mural of unusual album covers in place of traditional pictures for my walls. The condition of the records doesn't matter for this purpose but it's kind of nice if the record is good too.

I love album cover art & images. It's sucks that picture frames for LP albums are expensive here in Australia.

This site has CD covers & DVD if that helps.
