Anyone knows if this band was Brazilian or Italian ??
I thought I was the only one who had this record! :icon_mrgreen:
I always thought of it as Brazilians disguised as Italians, like Disco Push said. This must be some of the cheesiest disco ever made, I mean Jussi-worthy kind of disco. And that cover! :icon_biggrin: Sadly I don't have a scanner to post it here, but it's too much!
About Mr. Sam, he was like a Brazilian Rosko (Push says he's from Argentina, but his talk sounds pretty portuguese to me). I have a Rosko-like disco compilation LP called "Mr. Sam" with his voice introducing some pretty good mixes of Kool & The Gang, Rita Lee, Sugarhill Gang and the classic "Feel good party time" between others. Very good for its kind.
It don't mean a thing (if ain't got that swing)
