Please help me with these 80s tunes...

Hi everybody, I just checked this site; I already sent my top30... and I just want you to help me identify some songs I recall when I was less than 10, back in the early 80s.
First is a song that I thought was called "All For You" or something like that... the music was similar to Freeze's IOU, very joyous, with a kind of piano that went:
tu rin tin tiriririn tin tin
tu rin tin tiriririn tin tin
tu rin tin TIRIRIRIN tin tin
    TIRIRIRIN tin tin
    "All for you /
    (siviri wachusei) /
fast piano (TIRIRIRIN tin tin) /
(siviri wachu - do NOwen - tun NOwen - tu NOweenbi)
    and then repetead,
and then a group of people saying each syllable louder:
    "All / FOrr / Youuuuuuuu"
    and again the piano.

Sorry for being that childish with that non-sense idiom  , but that's the tune I remember... the last time I heard that song was about 18 years ago, but got stuck in my memory. If someone can help me, I will be very very greatful!! :D

Besides, there is another song... I'm almost sure it's from 1984 with a style maybe similar to Shannon or Madonna those days. It was sung by a black woman and its name was sung in the chorus something like this: "gotta be something SPECIAL" then a phrase and the other phrase I remember ending with something like "see the light"

And finally, a song that I recall from 1982-1983 in the days of Kim Wilde... with I guess a black woman with a nosy voice:
    "Cause it's a winning of time /
    (male chorus : it's a winning of time ) /
and it don't work shop /
(male chorus : and it don't work shop ) "
    Repeat
"it's a real... / that's so real " (continue with a larger phrase that last the seconds of previous 2 together"

Whew!!! Well, enough memories for today... I've been hoping to hear them again in any radio or website, but I can't... and it's been more than a decade... Unluckily, the most popular radio in Lima Peru (where I live) changed its style in the early 90s, from pop to latin or tropical, so it's impossible to request that music there.
So, I hope to get some news from you guys.
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    :D

Just a wild guess but it sounds like something from ABBA - Knowing Me, Knowing You.

Could your "gotta be something special" be Miss Patti Austin's "It's Gonna Be Special" from 1984????
    "Lost inside adorable illusion...."

about the *gotta be something special* song

Here's the chorus from the Patti Austin song - maybe that helps.

    'Cause it's gonna be special
this love for you and me
    just wait and see
    it's gonna be special
    it's written in the stars
    and here we are
    it's gonna be special
    gonna be special

it was released on the Qwest label in 1984 on Patti Austin's self titled album.

    Could the 1st track be

All for You - Earl Van Dyke & the Soul Brothers?

I would say it's more an organ than a piano but it seems to fits the bill
