I would like know if exist a 1977 version of the object track, originally in 1973, because there is a youtube video with a Detroit Spinners live preformance on '77 TOTP at the second position of the chart. Thanks at all. Andrea.

the 1977 release was simply a re-release of the original track a 4 track e.p 7" and limited edition 12"
it never reached number 2 on the chart it reached number 32 [the 2 you see on the screen is because this is from 'top of the pops 2' a more recent programme looking back at old top of the pops episodes]
