While looking at youtube, I found this version of My Mistake (Diana and Marvin), which is known as the original studio version:

Is this "studio original version" available in any CD?

Thanks fro that new version rhessel! Love that song. I have a fondness for this LP...although I found it later on--say 1979-1980.

This cover of a Wilson Pickett hit was another highlight..."DON'T KNOCK MY LOVE"




another one of my faves was "LOVE TWINS"... I used this on the 2nd mix tape I ever made..it was called "Mellow Soul" [winky wink]....started with Earth, Wind & Fire's "I'll Write a Song For You"...followed by Marvin Gaye's "After The Dance"...followed by Diana & Marvin's "Love Twins"...still have the tape.

The version of "My mistake" available on the Diana Ross double cd "The Motown Anthology" is not the lp version.

There is a slightly different version of "Don't knock my love" on the Marvin Gaye Collection, a 1990 4-cd box set with only duets on the 2nd cd.
