Quiz Show: Electric Lady & Transilvania, 90´s disco / two songs missing

Hy friends!

Is there any special disco freaks with limitless knowledge and sparkling minds, who can help me out? It´s a toughie. Seeking two songs: both pure mainstream disco songs from approximately 1993 - 1996 or so.

1. song: Its rephrane includes repeteadly phrase "Electric lady", it may as well be a title of the song. Looking for a perfomer and official title.

2. And other one is tougher. A classical disco-song, not very well known, rephrane started with a word "Transilvania". Rephrane sounded something like: "tran-sil-va:nia: ... happy hour, tran-sil-va:nia: ... and my lover" or something like that. I may be totally wrong with "happy hour" and "and my lover", but that´s about how it plays in my head. The title may very well be Transilvania - but is it officially, and who performed this song?

have been seeking these two for about 4 or 5 years :D

I´d be most thankful, if somebody helps me out.

No, that´s not it. It was more like pop-mainstream disco-song. Something more similar to... umm... for example

or Moony (Dove) or something like that.

And the other one - transilvania - was like really melodic, the mainpartwas sang by a man, but rephrane was a female smooth vocals "Tran-sil-va:nia: ... daaa-daaa da daaaaaa, Tran-sil-va:nia: ... daa-daa da daaaaaaaaa" :)
