    Question Song ID: Female singing "I turned around, I was so astounded by the sight"...

    Does anyone know the artist and title of the song that this line is from? I'm not 100% sure if those are the exact words (heard it from a distance), but the singer reminded me of Jocelyn Brown. I've been trying to figure this out for months so I'll appreciate the help. Thanks for your time!
