This is 'All I Do' by The Next Movement, a soul/disco vocal group who had an LP ('Never Stop Dancing' on GEC) and a couple of later singles, 'Let's Work It Out' on Prelude and a ballad, 'More Love'. It's on Nuance Records from 1984. Dead moody tune, used to love this.
