    Martin Circus query

Whilst browsing the 'disco vault' I noticed that the US Prelude issue of the Martin Circus LP including 'Disco Circus' & 'Ite Missa Est' has as its 3rd track 'Before it gets Dark' (7.58), whereas the copy I have is on the Greek Vogue label (dont ask me why its Greek as I bought it here in the UK!) & as its 3rd track it has 'Pour M'en Aller Plus Loin' (8.31). The question I have is- is this the same track but in a different language or is it totally different?
Also I notice that the LP's title is different being called 'Disco' rather than 'Martin Circus' & the sleeve is a totally different design- the US copy having a woman brandishing a whip(?!) whilst the greek copy has tacky photos of the group (complete with perms & much chest hair) waving from what looks like a ship's porthole! :-? (Hello sailor!)

My copy belongs to the Vogue label:
    Side A:
    Ite Missa Est
    Pour M'en Aller Plus Loin
    Pouett

    Side B
    Disco Circus
    Pouett Pouett

The sleeve isn't the woman with a crop but the group boats on the river. It's also the soundtrack of the film "Les Bidasses En Vadrouille".

Steely: The different artwork is probably down to Greece being a very religious country at the time and their decency laws. It was similar in Spain when I was working there, except they had their secret police and anyone could 'denounce' you at any time to the authorities. This was a real problem 'cos that could have lead to instant deportation. Spain was a strongly Catholic country, so anything that offended their moral sensibilities either wouldn't get a release or did have pretty unremarkable artwork.
I've told this before, but it is a good anecdote.
Stevie Wonder's 'Boogie On Reggae Woman' translated into Spanish as something like 'Dance like a Ragged Woman' i.e. 'dance like a prostitute'. Some things were made much worse by their need to Ibericise them. Gawd, I think I've made up a new verb!!
