Song ID: 1982, Disco,Male vocal singing "Night is (was) cold...many stars in the sky"

I've been trying to ID this song for 25+ years. Heard it in a gay bar in Pensacola, FL (The Red Garter - DJ Bob ??) in 1982. It was either Hi NRG or Italo Disco. Vocal was male and the main fragment of lyrics that's stuck in my head all these years was from a verse, "The night is (was?) cold...many starts in the sky; ohhh, oh, oh!". The chorus had a refrain of "Fire (still raining) fire".

Any help identifying this long lost favorite will be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!
