There are two Vaughan Mason tracks on his LP which use the 'Bounce, Rock, Skate, Roll' refrain, the other is called 'Roller Skate'. I can guarantee that 'Bounce, Rock...' is what you're after.
The other track you want is 'Work That Sucker To Death' by Xavier, it's from their 1982 LP 'Point Of Pleasure' and you can find it on 12" or on 'Classic P-Funk Mastercuts'.
