Summer Lovers

Ok, whenever I see this movie there's a song they play that I really like. The threesome are at a local Greek Disco and they are dancing together and singing this song that I can't seem to get a handle on. It's upbeat (of course) and I wonder if any of you have seen this movie and know what song I'm talking about.

I have the soundtrack. I'll take a look tonight and see if anything is obvious.

I seem to remember 'I'm So Excited" by The Pointer Sisters and maybe "Do What You Wanna Do" by Nona Hendryx & The Cage on that soundtrack. Also, Michael Sembello ("Maniac") did the title song.

Sorry, Paul.....I haven't seen that movie since the early 80's.

I remember them dancing....but I don't recall what the tune was.

I'm sure there are some "Summer Lovers"-lovers around here that can supply the name of the tune.

The song was titled "Your Love' by LIME. It was on UNIDISC label I think it came out in 1979 or 1980.

Actually, I guess it's quite good that I can find new (old) music in my favorite genre. This time I can remember them sans the effects of cannabis and excess alcohol :lol:
