There was a song in the 1980's by an artist "Booker T"
It was called either "Don't Stop" (which are part of the lyrics) or it was called "I want you"
Here is a part of the lyrics....
Don't stop, Don't stop your love... You were made in paradise
1. What was the actual song name
2. Was this the same Booker T as Booker T and the MG's?
3. Looking for any info on this song or artist.
P.S. I do have it recorded on CD but no info about it
Thanx again.... As always "YOUSE GUYZ IZ GREAT"

The song, "Don't Stop Your Love", is from Booker T.'s 1981 album titled, I Want You. Booker T. and Booker T. Jones are one and the same. He was the organist for the house band on the Stax label known as Booker T. and The MG's. This group recorded the soul classic, "Green Onions", back in 1962 and their 1971 hit, "Melting Pot", used to get some club play.

Oh Yea! Booker T.'s 'Don't Stop Your Love,' one of my absolute favorites. The album, 'I Want You' is now available on CD, and could be found at amazon. The CD is a Japanese reissue in January of 2002, originally released in 1981. I was very excited when it finally came out on CD, because i had it on an old cassette that was completely worn out. Buy it!!
