shortly before iTunes does their updates, the songs in my iTunes library no longer show on the screen. They remain in my iPod, but they disappear from the screen. And this only happens on my desktop, never on my laptop. They've never responded to a single one of my emails(except to send a generic "message received and we'll get back to you") so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks. 12/25/2010
