80's House or Italo-Disco song. Please help identify artist and song.

It looks very much like an 80's Italo-Disco song, or may be Eurodance?
The lyrics mention several times a name (Lorena?) with the usual lines "Stay with me" and "Dance tonight with me". A male and female voices, but the accent does not sound as "pure english" to me, possibly italian, dutch or german?
