Please could you help me to identify an up-tempo male vocal disco/soul track that starts off with a horn intro followed by the words:

something is wrong in our society

The chorus goes:

Everybody open your heart - Everybody give it to love

the lead vocalist sounds a bit like gil scott heron but i don't think it is. this is most likely a male group. Any help to identify much appreciated.
