Cheers! Ah, I should have known three out of those...but the Modern Romance I had no idea about, and that was my favourite, so thanks for that!
Well....all I can say is (and this is my oppinion which im going to speak) is house music with the acception of some deep house purley sucks and is utter crap. Why? Because all it is is obnoxuous loops of various classic disco records skipping and the same predictable muffle and warping effects done throughout. Now I can honestly say, none of those songs you were asking for ID's on were actual songs accept the Stargard which was just a remake (cover version by a new artist). If you wanna know the looped samples from the classic disco records on some of these I can let you know where they were ripped off from:
#7 The Beat Goes On - Ripple (1977 Salsoul...as stated already)
#8 Holdin Back - David Simmons (1979 Fantasy Records)
#9 Wear It Out (Artist Unknown but its a remake of the Stargard classic using the instrumental and background vocals from the original with a house beat thrown over)
#11 Statrs out with a loop of the break from "Found A Cure" by Ashford And Simpson (WB 1979) then has 2 different versions of "Love Hangover" mixed together..the music is sampled from the version by Touch and the vocals are from the original 76 version by Diana Ross. That sounded like a good mix though :)
If you were after the actual names of these house things im sorry but I dont know..hope I helped you with telling you where the samples were from.

Dmitri from Paris is best known for his disco re-edits, that's why all those disco cuts sound different from the originals.
Thank you all for the help so far! I've edited the original post to show what's been cracked and what hasn't.
For number 4, what I really want is the ID of the female vocal line the excerpt begins with. "Turn on the light, open the door, love can be so much more...".
Yeah, the name of the originals is what I'm after, cheers! As has been said, Dimitri is known for his re-edits, so there will be surplus beats and whatnot in there.
:)
