Has anyone ever ran across a disco record from 1983 (possibly a 7 inch) that was mislabelled on 1 side with a black and white caricature of a bald guy covering his covering his left eye? he small hole is thriugh his hand and his left eye. Please let me know the name of the artist and the title/label of this record. Thanks!
