SONG ID / HELP 2 UNKNOWN SONGS

Hi again,

Here are a few more Unknown songs. One of them has an Italo/Eurobeat sound.

And the other one is like an late 80's early 90's track. It's not a Disco/Dance song. Has stumped many of us, found it at a site in Germany.
