It sounds like an early 80's soul/boogie track. Starts of with a female vocal chorus with the words:

"I wanna see you daaanciiing,
I wanna see you paaartyyy tonite"

There's also a male vocal that comes in later.
It's sort of in the same vein as Oliver Cheatham's
'Get Down Saturday Night'
