Sirius,

all things indicate Moleskine is from France. The Vogue label is originally from Paris/France and Pierre Clavenad and Dominique Wildiez have done the arrangements. Another song from the L.P. ("Me And My Guitar") uses Patrick Juvet's I Love America as incidental song.
