who is the artist and what is the title of this song?

Is it really..."making love...Star Love" in the night"???

That would be "Star Love" by Miss Cheryl Lynn.

Nicky, it was probably YOU who did it last time!!!

Someone once asked this question with a similarly misunderstood lyric and all I recall is that the answer was "Star Love"....!!!! (Was that YOU who answered that one, Nicky???)

So I just thought...maybe we're going down that same road again.

The lyrics on that one are a tad hard to understand if you don't have the record title in front of you.
