Thanks for the response. I'm going to poke around Youtube and see if there's anything by Eartha Kitt that sounds like the clip.
I'll let you know if I find it.

I was thinking the same thing myself, but it's so chopped up and garbled I couldn't say if it's a drastic remix or someone just sampling the track.

This sounds very much like the edit called "Where is My Man 94", out some years back, not actually in 1994. I don't have the vinyl so can't verify this but the track had quite similar chopped and looped vocals.

I've listened to every Eartha kitt remix I could find...still no luck but I do like the Joe T Vannelli remix of Where Is My Man so I did gain something from it.
