I'm looking for the name of the group who did "S.M.U.R.F." sometime around 1982/1983. I believe, that the group is called something close to "The Jive Boys", but I'm not sure.

Yes, I'm familar with Tyrone Brunson's "The Smurf".

Yes, there was a song in the early 80's by the Jive Boys entitled, S.M.U.R.F. It appears to only have been available on the Jive records compilation titled, "Dangerous Dance Music."
Neat song.....
